Job Overview
The Banking Analyst role forms part of a team of Knowledge Management professionals supporting the different industries and sectors within Oliver Wyman. This position is located in Mexico City but the role has global responsibility – supporting the global banking industry and associated interest groups within the Oliver Wyman consulting/Support Professional community.
This role reports to the Financial Services Knowledge Management Team Manager, based in New York. Stakeholder management is a critical aspect of this role and a high level of proactive direct interaction is expected with the practice leadership. An important aspect of the role will be to build excellent working relationships with the key practice figures globally.
The purpose of this role is to help support, develop and facilitate knowledge sharing across the business (developing content management tools, cultivating human networks and informal knowledge transfer, practice focused research and analysis to support IC generation and advisory services). The aim of the Knowledge Analyst is to assist the Knowledge Managers in Corporate & Investment Banking and Retail Banking, to maintain knowledge tools and help develop/promote tools and processes which increase information flow and best practice sharing within the banking practices and across the firm.
